MudiVi Tours is all about bringing Transportation, Accommodation and Catering services to our clients and partners. The brain child of MudiVi tours is the Service Oriented Architecture (SOA). SOA is based on what the customer wants. Here the customer must be consulted, informed on all processes; MudiVi holds itself accountable and responsible for carrying out its service obligation.
Based in Gauteng, Johannesburg, the business started in 2008 focusing mainly on tourism. The Companies and Intellectual property (Cipro), a division of the Department of Trade and Industry, granted MudiVi Tours Close Corporation rights to trade for business.
In 2009 the business grew to include accommodation and catering based on the demand to grow the business as well as the need to help our customers with accommodation and catering as they surfaced in many interactions.
MudiVi operates in three tier architecture. The first tier focuses on streamlined services, this a predefine tours, predefined arrival and departures, predefine routes, predefined rooms, meals and predefined prices.
The second tier focuses on what is called Agile services in that nothing is predefined but all services are bundled when and where the need arise. This tier is core in that MudiVi Tours uses this as their main strategy to gain a market advantage. This tier is considered the most flexible and most affordable as you only pay for what you have used not what you should have used.
The third tier is a hybrid of the other two tiers in that some services can be predefined while some services will be pay as you use. This tier is there to enable our customers to have a variety of service options based on their needs.
The target market is mainly the Transportation, Hospitality and the Entertainment Industries. Other industries and markets form a secondary market to the business. The operational scope of MudiVi Tours is within the borders of South Africa. Prior arrangements are needed for MudiVi to operate outside the borders of South Africa.
